Tricky, but I must say that, I do not think I have any other choice than to stick to writing right?
Generally speaking there are more than 5 things that can make me happy in a day and way more than 5 everyday things that make me happy but, I will try to be very selective and honest. Xox
Firstly, a good-morning breakfast 😋. From my knowledge, breakfast is the first and most important meal of the day and we have been advised not too miss it. What an amazing way to always start the day. Secondly, a spirit filled worship section 🙇. Our life is as physical as it is spiritual. So, taking few minutes to 1hour to loudly play a worship playlists helps in positioning my mind aright and also filling me up with grace for the day.
Thirdly, Writing an interesting article or a mind-blowing blog or convincing script is a YES YES!! I know it may not look like it but, having to sit down amidst the stress if the day or in the cool of the evening to write is such a happiness pill for me. Fourthly, Chit-chatting with mom or dad. 😀I know right? So unexpected but, to add to my collection of daily happiness, I need to have a sit time with either mom or dad and we’ll gist our hearts out before either of us says “goodnight”.
Alright lovelies, the fifth one here; call time with my loved one. Please do not get jealous okay. I am just telling you what completes my collection of daily happiness pills. That warm moment when I smile sheepishly and curl all up in the sofa or bed or wherever I find myself (lol). This was so not me 3-5years back but I grew to love and enjoy this particular pill.
