FOUR(4)STEPS TO ACHIEVE A GLOWING SKIN WITHOUT USING SKIN PRODUCTS

Have you realized that the first thing someone will notice once they set their eyes on you is the condition of your skin? You can tell malnourished child by the look of his/her skin. You can also tell a well fed child by just observing his/her skin. The human skin is the body’s way of expressing itself. You may be able to hide a hungry face but you can’t conceal a skin that is uncared for.
Most of the male folks believe that skincare is only for the females but I don’t agree with this because we all deserve a healthy look.
I know that it costs a lot to get good skincare products ranging from facial to body products but worry no more because I will be giving you 3 easy steps to power up your skin look without breaking the bank. Please note that these steps are home techniques and are perfect for all skin types and genders.

  1. DRINK ENOUGH WATER: The human body composes of water and blood. Water is very essential for smooth running of the body system. After the morning’s brush, the first thing that should enter your mouth is a glass of water. Leaving yourself to feel thirsty(dehydrated) can be very harmful to both our body system and skin condition. Drinking at least one glass of water every 3hours is a perfect routine and solution.
  2. GET ENOUGH SLEEP: Sleeping is a way of giving the brain some resting time. It helps to boost the performance of the human brain. Most people confuse getting enough sleep with going to bed early but they are not the same. I uploaded a blog that will enlighten us on this.     In general, it depends on your wake up time. Just count seven hours backwards from your wake up time in order to complete the seven hours average sleeping time for adults.
  3. EAT FRUITS: Vitamins are good skin reviving supplements and fruits contain a lot of them. Try to take at least one fruit a day. This clears and smoothens the skin. I usually recommend fruits like Pawpaw, Watermelon, Pineapple etc because of the water in them. But any ripe fruit properly washed with salt and water is a go.
